As CEO of Dover Park Hospice, Li Lian lead one of two full-suite palliative care providers in Singapore, with inpatient, day, and home hospice services. She is currently working on transforming the care to support both caregivers and emerging needs of patients with life-limiting conditions. 

Li Lian was formerly Director, Corporate Planning at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and Central Health of the National Healthcare Group (NHG), where she activated the hospital strategy toward becoming a population health-based system. With 20 years of healthcare experience, she has fought more wars than most soldiers, without lifting a single gun - as veteran leader and team member during SARS, H1N1, and COVID-19.

Li Lian believes that self-awareness and genuine relationships can lift humanity to greater heights. She has herself experienced the power and benefit of coaching to guide her personal and emotional growth from a practicing doctor, through hospital operations and strategy work, to becoming a CEO. Her approach is simple – draw out the truth that is there.

She cares deeply about protecting and augmenting the humanity of our society. She is a grassroots leader who works on social equity and using business as a force for good. Capped with her Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation, she is skilled and trusted for her ability to diffuse situations and overcome challenges.
